請問Pjing-Infopass this morning and was confused by IO

IO told me that my case is with an officer for justifing. He also said that everything is cleared. I told him my concern about visa bulletin retrogression. He told me that I will not affected by visa bulletin once I submit I-485.

I was confused and confirm with him again. He spoke to another officer and told me the same. They said I messed up the info.

As I know from this forum, the PD is also used at the last stage for I-485 (assuming everything is clear). If there is no decision for my case before end of this month. I have to wait for my PD (Feb, 2005) to be current even all others (background check etc.) are OK. Am I right?
