Xiaobaitu, Pijiang, Radiology and other DAXIA, some help please?

My I-485 have been pending for a while, but my I-140 was approved last year. A few days ago I found that there was a LUD on my I-140 with no change in the content, what does that mean? Could you guys give me some help? Thanks!
