resummit 485 after rejection,PLEASE help. Thanks

I remember XBT or Pjiang said that PO box is bad . When the rejection of my I485 came to me, it said mail back to the PO box address for NSC. Should I follow that instruction or I should mail to the direct address instead of PO box?Thanks a lot.
