回複：Help for tough situation

EB2, I-140 and 485 filed in July, Lud is Sep,2007. The problem is I will be laid off at end Dec. So I need 3 more months to get my 140 approved and total 180 days for changing job. My company would like to keep me on board.

My question is that how the USCIS knows when I leave my company and when I change job.
- Normally USCIS does not know it unless you file I-129 transfer within 180 days

What I have to do to show them I stay with my current company .
- Your pay stubs are sufficient proof
