Dear pjiang, I just read your paper about I-94 and I-102.

My understanding is that I don't have to apply for the replacement of my initial I-94 for my H1b visa because I have the new I-94(my F1 approval notice. Even I want to do it, USCIS will not issuse it to me because I have the new one. Is my understaning right? Thank you vey much. My attorney will charge me $260 if he fills I-102 form for me.
