My previous question is:
I want to file EB1-EA by myself, I prepared every document in the package except the petition letter which was written by my supervisor.My question is:
Who should be the petitioner, me or my supervisor, in the Part 1 and Part 5 of form I-140?
Pjiang answered:
"You should be the petitioner for EB1-ea."
But I still feel in Part 5 of I-140, it might be "other", instead of "self".
Would you please double check it. Sorry for this. Thanks a lot.
