XBT & PJiang, should I do something for my AP???

Dear XBT/Pjiang,
I filed my I-131 on Oct-12 and got receipt notice on Oct-16, but can not retrieve any case info online as of today. Does it will affect my case process and should I call customer service representative to look into it or just leave as is, thanks.
