為什麽電話查詢不到我的I485status?

剛才打電話查詢我的485status，係統告訴我的case status for this receipt number can not be found in this system at this time.可是USCIS的website上明明寫著"Current Status: Case received and pending".是不是係統出錯還是USCIS正在處理我的case?
