美國H1， 但經常出差回中國

我有加拿大綠卡， 所以我的美國H1是多次往返， 3 年有效的。我經常回中國出差，一去2，3 個月，一般一年中會有一半時間在中國。 請問各位， 這會不會對我的H1有影響，因為H1 suppose 我是在美國工作的。同時這會對我申請綠卡有影響嗎？請大家幫助！謝謝

Yes. An H-1B visa allows an alien holding that status to reenter the U.S. during the validity period of the visa and approved petition.
