Visa applicaiton Form questions for parents

Dear All,

I have some questions about visa to US for my parents.
I. I know DS-156 English and Chinese version must be submitted. But now I can not find Chinese version from US consulate in China. Only English DS-156 is needed now?

2. DS-157 English and Chinese version is needed separately. Now I found DS-157 English and Chinese is combined together from US consulate in China. Should I submit separated copies in English and Chinese? or submit combined copy?
