I-140 approved 11/6, NSC

I'd like to share my good news with all of you. It looks NSC is still running.

I have thought I might need to wait longer since the last published NSC I-140 process time is still Feb. 07.

We submitted I-485, AP and EAD applications on July 23. So far, both my wife's and my AP and EAD have been approved. We have our fingerprints taken in Oct. too.

My priority date is October, 2006, it looks we still have to wait for a while until our I-485 can be possibly approved.

Just saw some friends here are very anxious, hope my news will make you feel better --- Those guys are actually still working on our cases, just a little patient.
