Iceboy's experience comfirms Cronin Memo is still in effect

Chen DanHong`s post covers only traveler using H/L visa stamp and I-485 receipt. Basically it says using H/L visa won't jeopardize their I-485 cases, even if without I-485 receipt. This is to respond to the huge number of I-485 cases filed in July/August. There are people who still haven't received I-485 receipt.
It's not related to using AP and its ramification on H/L status. Cronin Memo is still the most recent guideline.
