回複：didn't u get a form to fill up from the chinese embassy?

I made online application. I did get the case number and bar code, but I did not sent the formal application by paying the application fee. Should I wiat until I get the positive notification from Chinese Embassy about the "No Objection Letter" or just go ahead to send the formal application documents and the application fee to DOS?
