Pijing and XiaoBaitu, finger print re-schedule Q? PLEASE

Can I ask the date to do fingerprint in reschedule letter?Example, asking the date during Dec.14 to Jan. 6.My first FP on Nov.10, but I can't go over.Do you know how long they can re-schedule the date after the original date?
