請教PJIANG老師，H1B transfer 新問題。

my situation is:
I quit my job a month ago, and my previous employer notice cis to terminate my h1b visa in last week;
this week, my new employer is filing h1b visa transfer for me.

my current status is I-485(family based) pending, and my first question is whether I can start to work after I receive the h1b transfer receipt from cis? do you think my h1b visa will be approved?

my h1b visa will be expired in 3 years.
