請教小白兔，射線等專家，綠卡批後，薪水不夠Prevailing Wage怎麽辦？

請教小白兔，射線及各位專家：昨日收到綠卡了，現在開始擔心我的薪金達不到Prevailing Wage，不知該怎麽辦？感謝各位的建議。

1. 我公司03年12月幫我申請EB2 LC，當時Prevailing Wage隻有兩級，我的領域是（Level 1 $48,589, Level 2 $106,850）。因為EB2，隻好在LC上放 $106,850。我知道公司不可能付這麽多，即使換公司也不可能拿到這麽多。現在綠卡批了，現在我的薪水也隻有Prevailing Wage 的70%，請問將來會有什麽後果？

2. 05年開始的Prevailing Wage變成四級，今明年7/2007 ~ 6/2008我的領域是（Level 1 $47,736, Level 2 $66,248, Level 3 $84,781, Level 4 $103,293）。我聽說Level3 和 4 相當於EB2。我的問題是: 公司是否可以用今年的Level 3 ($84,781)作為我的Salary Base? 可以的話事情好幫多了。
