Same situation.

My cases were concurrently filed in Midlle of Sept 2003 at VSC. and I have received EAD, AP, I-140 approval. but no FP notice yet. 485 still pending.
My lowyer said FP notice could be reached me around 8/7/04 since I-140 approved on 5/7/04. but the notice date maybe postpond...
