My hu*****and and I are both at H-1 status. My hu*****and's company sponsored him for green card. We are 485 pending now. And we both get EAD. If i don't want to work, do i need to transfer to H-4 to keep the legal status or I am at AOS and no matter if i work or not, I am legal to stay here?
