請教大俠們：關於申請EAD 我們在7月份把我的140以及夫妻雙方的485遞了上去。後
來8月份再想給LP申請EAD，昨天收到拒收通知。理由是：We were unable to systems verify that you have a form I-485 on file. You did not submit proof of filing such as a copy of form I-797 or local district office receipt. pls resubmit your application and applicable fees along with proof of your earlier filing of your form I-485. LP的485 的支票已被USCIS智取了。 請問該咋辦？多謝了！
