Detail No.3: one has to file for extention before the end of 5th year. I am working in a university.

If I switch to EAD and my I-140 is approved after Feb. 25, 2007, what do I need to do next? Extend H1B?
Or continue with EAD until 485 is approved?

I am not too worried about I-140 approval since my employer will also file a PERM based I-140.
