PJiang: A Question regarding eligibility for re-applying AP

Yesterday 急得想殺人 posted a series of questions and one of the questions is what I also wanted to get answered from PJiang and others. The question is Am I eligible for re-applying for an AP after the initial AP petition filed is deemed abondoned due to travel to Canada on an H-1B visa while the initial AP is still pending?
