To Bioinfo, questions regarding WOM

Thank you for replying my questions. I read your website. It is great! I have a question about NJ. You said NJ is a good state to file WOM, but the survey showed "I４８５總共才結３個，案件少的一個主要原因是所有的I485 WOM都得到了MTD". If all I485 WOM got MTD, why do you still think it is good and it is worthy to try? thank you!
