Most likely you will have the F-1

My son had similar situation but no reference. We requested to withdrawl F-1 after receiving I-485 receipt. Then the F-1 was approved. USCIS just don't give what you want but approve what you don't want.

According to the reply from another person in this forum, Approval F-1 will not invalidate the I-485.

If your F-1 is approved, You will be in both F-1 and AOS status as my understanding.
