Thanks for reply. Do you mean I need to reapply visa in China? Our current H visas will expire in 2009. Does it mean we will have valid visa when I come back U.S. in Feb. 2008?

In addition, our H visas are obtained from within U.S., not from outside of U.S. I'd like to know whether it's called a status, or a visa? Is there any difference between those in terms of re-entry? Thank you so much!
