1. 新公司file H1B transfer 後還換能為現雇主工作嗎? 我必須提前兩周通知現雇主. 我是說如果新公司在著兩周裏transfer簽證怎麽辦?
2. 何時可以開始為新雇主工作? Some people say I can start working after they have filed the transfer and it is not necessary to wait for the approval. Is it true?
