1. What is RD? Receipt date or Received date? My case (I140 +I485) was concurrently filed to NSC in July, and then transferred to CSC, and then to TSC finally. In receipts, my received date is July, but the receipt date and Notice Date are September. Are they correct? Does it matter?

2. If my I140 is approved sometime in future, may my wife file her I485 based on my approved I140, which was filed in July?
