My situation is like this:

I have one approved !-140 and 485 pending ( I already got receipt for 485 and AP)

My second 1-140 which is sponsored by my new employer has been submitted. Should I just replace the old one with the new approved one in the future or should I reapply for a new 1-485 after the second 1-140 is approved? Thanks in advance for help!
