1. are you sure that you did not owe

any tax for those 3 years?

2. even if no tax liability for those three years, you will pay late filing penalty!!

But per IRS notice, you owe them tax!!

solutions:
1. file those three years tax immediately.
2. pay them what you should.

I guess you can find an accounting firm to do that for you because it is a little confused for you for the interest and penalty(filing panaly, late payment penalty.. etc)
