Q:拿到綠卡後多久才可以轉行呢？有哪些因素會導致以後拿公民出問題？不想有隱患.

Q:如果180天換公司，拿到綠卡後轉行的情況又如何？

Ｑ；不是說 485 pending 180 天後就可以換工作嗎？如果是concurrent filing, 140還沒批，但485已過180天，可以換嗎？會影響公民嗎？

Ｑ：綠卡還沒有批準就換工作豈不是更危險？

觀點２：it matters. if you don't work for the sponsor for a single day after getting　gc, and if you cannot give a convincing reason why, cis will consider the permanent job the gc is based on does not exit. it is fraud and the gc can be revoked.　there is no rule set in stone regarding how long you must work for the sponsor after gc. generally 6 mo is sufficient. once you change employer, stay or leave the profession doesn't matter.
