My LD's RFE was received by USCIS NSC on 9/7.No update until now.My lawyer said it is fine as long as you tracked USPS and knew RFE was received by uscis and signed by someone. He also said keep all mailing receipt and print out track record on usps website that show the RFE was received by uscis just in case.However I am still worried.

Mine got updated a few days later after USCIS received it.

are your case in NSC too?
