Don't worry, mine was sent to USDA, Forest Service, Washington, D.C. 20250. And they got it. DOS know how it works. My case took 4 weeks to get to USDA. USDA are very responsible. onece DOS get the no statement state, they will approve your case quickly. If you wish, you can try to call DOS. Good luck.
