why did you say "if the petition is submitted by the University, it would take too long"?

You mean by your attorney, the process to prepare the documents will be faster? Or your university can not submit EB1B for you but by other catelogs, which will take longer time?

My university submitted EB1B petition for me last November. It's still pending. So I am very intertested in this petition catelog.
