NSC 485 請教, 四年了

My case (NSC):

1st FP (code 1), December 2004

4th FP (Code 1), July, 2007

I call National Customer Service center (800-375-5283) in August, 2007. I was told my security to be OK. The letter shows me as following:

Your case is currently under review with an officer. You should receive a decision or notice of other action with 90 days of the date of this letter.

請教各位高手，基於我的情況，90天內，我能否變綠。四年了，天天望眼欲穿。在文學城學習，天天見綠。工作機會不少，不敢逾越半步，隻好望洋興歎。欲辦工卡，又見綠光在前。真不知今年能否過個好年。
