family sponsored green card application

Hi,

I just filed family sponsored green card application (my hu*****and is a citizen) and wonder how long it would take to get the green card? Can someone share the information? Also, I just got the receipt notice today but when I get on uscis website to search by the receipt number, I got no results found. Not sure why this happens. Can someone help?
