I485 form

I am going to file I485. Can I use the downloaded I485, G325A and I693? I noticed that G325A has two copies,and they are fillable form. Do I just fill two copies and print out? I693 has four copies. Can I just bring all four copies to the doctor? Thank you for your helps.
