Infopass back today

I had infopass today and the IO is nice. I showed him both receipts and he said that NSC staff should NOT make that mistake. He could not do anything. He also said that I might contact my attorney to write a letter to NSC or just leave it as it is. However, my attorney said just wait for interview. What can we do?
