?I have the same situatuion as you. I just found information from INS
website.:
H1B holder can begin working for a new H1B employer as soon as the new employer files an H1 petition for the alien. previously,aliies in this situation had to await INS approval before commencing the new H1B employment.
But I couldn't find another question:
If my old employer will pay me by 15,June, and my new job start on
1,July. could you know the 15 break is legal or illegal?
