If my H-1 approval notice comes with an I-94, will I need to leave the country?
- You don't have to, while people in your situation received H-1 with no I-94 most likely

and could I stop the class when I work for my company from Oct 1st (H-1 vaild)?

My status looks so complicated at that time, My EOS and COS are coming together. is that possible?
- I don't see any EOS being involved
