Based on current situation, it is better and safer to stay in Univ. A until the new H1b is approved. It is impossible to receive vocation pay after leave the University A, when you leave from A, you may receive ONE month vocation pay (generally, onlly one month), if you still have vocation leave hrs, they will be lost.
