DOS Sent my recommendation letter to TSC in Oct. 2003 (Based on IGA), I did not received anything from TSC in 6 months, called INS and write to INS many times, no reply. finally, I asked the international officer in our university for help, they have special channal to contact with INS, it was found out that INS lost DOS recommendation letter, INS asked the International officer to fax DOS letter, after one week, I received receipt from INS, and after another week, received final approval notice from INS. hope this message helps.
