父母延期的回複，急問小白兔和最近辦過延期的眾人!!!

最近給父母的B2辦延期，9月14號受到email如下, 但是至今沒有收到信，眼見父母半年的歸期臨近，真是很著急。請最近辦父母延期的幫忙看看，這封email,是凶是吉？如果批了，是不是應該寫著：An approve notice had been mailed.

Current Status: We mailed you a decision.

On September 14, 2007, we mailed you a decision on your I539, APPLICATION TO EXTEND OR CHANGE NONIMMIGRANT STATUS. Please follow the instructions on the notice. If you move before you receive the notice, please contact customer service.
