Sorry, I was wrong about the addresses. the one that you sent is the right one. but after you get the case number and the instruction, the additional materials are to be sent to the D.C address. I had the wrong impression because I did sent my application for case # to DC instead of St. Louis.

you could check if your money order is cashed, but I know it takes a while (about two weeks).

after you get the case number, you need to follow the instructions EXACTLY (both Chinese Embassy and DOS), Make sure that you send them everything they need. otherwise it is taking longer than the usual.
