Pjiang, Xiaobaitu, please help!!!

I-485 was delivered to TSC on 07-20-2007. Now TSC is processing up to 07-29. I live in California and supposedly should file to NSC. However my attorney sent it to TSC because my I140 was approved there. Is he right? What is the worse consequence of sending to WRONG process center?
I am so anxious, like a jumping ant on hot pan. Very appreciate any comments!
