Thank you very much for your input. My problem now is that 9 weeks passed and I still haven't got my case # yet! Someone replied my post by saying this is unusual and suggest me contact DOS. However, withouth a case # I can't get through the tel # in their webpage. I don't know what to do except sending them a letter to check the status.

I have another question for you: when you said you start to apply for waiver in this Jan., did you mean you started from asking for case # at that time? Could you share the timetable of the whole procedure in your case, starting from asking for case # to receiving the letter of DOS? Thank you again!
