I ran into this situation beyond my control. I indeed went back to serve and was laid off. Anyway, who will believe it?
If Chinese embassy is willing to talk to me, I can either verify my docs to have a no objection statement or went back to China to stay to make it up for two years, I guess.
I am worried if DOS understand my long experience these years. Am I dead?
It could be better if Chinese embassy is more open to people even we are not their "people"
