They charged me a lot of money but they made several mistakes on my application. They also lost my I-140 approval notice. The application for the second copy of I-140 approval notice took more than half a year. They are not responsible at all. When I tried to contact them, they were very difficult to reach.
By the way, does anybody know whether I-485 can be approved when I-140 approval notice was lost? Thanks.
