Thank bioinfo about motion for summary judgement

I just read bioinfo's post this morning.

Yes, I sent WOM and got MTD. My lawyer already filed something back. But my lawyer also asked me about filing motion for summary judgement. I do not know if I should do it or not. What is your suggestion?
