1. 如果在拿到H1延期批準通知之前回國, 用AP可以回來嗎? 還是必須等到H1延期申請批準以後才能回去?? 有朋友說, 如果在延期申請pending期間回國, 我的延期申請就作廢了, 是這樣嗎??

tried last year. go back twice during transferring and extending H-1, using AP at first time, H-1 visa at second time because old AP expired and new haven't got new AP. Both worked and got the H-1 extension.

2. 這樣回去, 對於我的485申請, 有沒有不利的影響??
No. because you use AP, it shouldn't affect your 485 anyway.
