我是F1身份。 最近拿到AP （老公辦的）。很想用AP回國，但是他的140 及485 正在pending.

想請問AP用後，還可以用OPT training嗎？

我會失去學生身份嗎？

害怕萬一140未批，我無法工作。

在申請H1也會麻煩嗎？
