Anybody's pakage signed by M.SCHWEITZER in NSC bu not get recei

My I-485 package was delivered on July 24 and signed by M.SCHWEITZER in NSC, but check not cashed till now. I am worried about whether this guy get my application lost.

Is there anybody else's package signed by this guy and got receipt recently?
